Square Enix president Matsuda focusing on core gamers and JRPGs again

Square Enix president Yosuke Matsuda expressed his desire to go back to what made Square Soft & Square Enix so great and unique. He wants to see the company focusing on core gamers and titles moving forward. The success of Bravely Default was his inspiration for the change and with games like Hitman: Absolution failing to globally appeal after heavy marketing.
