Ultimately, Battle March has added a new single player campaign, a little meat to the multiplayer, and two new factions to take control of. Is it really enough, though? Other RTS expansions have done exactly the same, but their additions had far deeper and more interesting ramifications. The simplistic play style that made Mark of Chaos fairly easy to pick up and fun to play has meant that Battle March couldn’t, and hasn’t, had much of an impact on the core gameplay.
