Castlevania LoS 2 – Why the hate?
Being over 10 hours in and enjoying almost every aspect of Castlevania, the only let down is the slow stealth parts (and annoying stealth boss) and turning into a rat to stealth.
Every other aspect of the game is fantastic! The graphics are very nice even though I have been spoiled by next gen and can notice the jaggy’s at times.
The gameplay is the same as LoS 1 with the whip moves being upgradable as you level up. The blue magic is now an awesome blue sword which gains Dracula’s health when it is used. Red magic is now a pair of claws which do loads of damage and breaks enemy armor.
