Editor Joe Morgan writes,
"Developed by Black Tower Studios and Aksys Games, Magus is one of those titles that sneaks its way onto the stores without much in the way of hype. This also marks the first time game publisher Aksys has worked to develop one of the titles they’re publishing. How does Magus hold up? Will it surprisingly ascend to godhood or should it have been left in a dungeon?"
Des randomly picks a game from Playstation Now and gives it the 1 hour treatment and tells you if it is worth your time or not!
Magus will take a bout 6 hrs to plat. I do have the platinum.
Honestly, a game like Bound by Flame is significantly better than Magus. Magus deserves the reviews it got.
When you compare what was out at the time I cannot believe it came out! It is like a B movie; so bad it's good! XD
I already saw this on twitter. I really liked this playstation now roulette thing. Magus will not get my attention though.. Playing the witcher and it's just huge.
Joystiq:
"2014 may have been the worst year yet for bad console games -- they're practically extinct at this point. Sure, many of this year's games were divisive, or flawed, or buggy, but few were outright terrible. Ballooning budgets force AAA games to maintain some degree of quality control (well, mostly), and even the indies have gotten their act together, producing modestly scoped, reasonably priced games that aren't all that upsetting even when they disappoint."

Hardcore Gamer: Great news for European gamers who are fans of terrible games, as Magus has now been released on PSN in the territory.
