The preleveled, shirtless, and tattooed Scott I’m playing as sports what you’d call a spell bar in an MMORPG, but that is filled with sticky bombs, grenades, submachine guns, sidearms, and special abilities instead of mumbo jumbo swiped from Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. One of these powers allows me to push a tank a few feet back and launch its driver from its turret. Apparently, this player’s loadout is lacking, as I then commandeer the squished-looking Sherman and crush him underneath its treads. Another perk autorepairs the vehicle as I rumble toward the next contested capture point. Other abilities allow me to fire flaming bullets and administer first aid to myself in battle. It’s obvious that I’d have an advantage over any newcomers, so in the spirit of casual shooting, I quit and start a new character from scratch".
