The week that ended on January 18, 2014 was pretty slow, unfortunately. We saw a new Dark Souls II trailer, which I have attached to this post, and GTA V is pretty much all but announced for the PC. The biggest story of the week is easily the fact that Nintendo/NPD announced that the Wii U has been a colossal and absolute financial failure. Tune in to find more, and before you comment, no, I don’t hate Nintendo.
GTA V Enhanced has been updated on PC with improved ray tracing features. Read ahead to learn how it compares with the original version.
kinda feels like it just makes the image have less contrast, removing shadows somewhat.
Even if it's "more realistic" I think the standard looks better. Not in every situation but the standard likely runs better so I'll side with that more than likely.
The Nintendo Switch 2 has set a new record by selling over 3 million units within 24 hours, tripling the PlayStation 4’s previous launch day sales.
Its crazy that it's both the highest selling console on day 1 and people can walk into a store and buy it with no pre order
Unlike the Switch 2 , the Playstation 4 was not sold on the same day in most regions.
Company skipped last year's event.
Not surprising at all.
I mean, they´ll be releasing a new console in a few weeks.
Equating WiiU with the wicked witch of the west?
really?
Why not cheer the bad news for Nintendo?... they've only made the gaming market what it is today and have actually made contributions to the industry.
Everything else has already been done by PC.
WiiU has already made more money than Ps360 combined. That's a fact.
Stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
I'm not a fanboy, but sometimes I play one on the internet...
Ding Dong the Wii U is not dead.
idk why ppl act like Nintendo saved the gaming industry it just expanded on what was already there nothing more.
Wii U is dead, nintendo needs to think about the future now
Nintendo makes the most dumb decisions. Why release Pokemon on 3ds without plans for Pokemon stadium on the wiiU? This alone would have boosted sales considerably. Just look up how well the 3ds sold when Pokemon released. (No brainer)
If they are so concerned about not rushing and making quality games. They should have waited to release the console when the 1st party development library started looking healthy. Last gen people accepted wii although it was the weaker console in comparison. The reason being is that there were lots of first party games to play.
Truth be told, whether or not the fan boys like to admit it, Nintendo saw an opportunity to come out with the first next gen console in years and rushed the release.
