PS4 video sharing needs fixing

In another launch window bug, many PS4 users are having issues with the video sharing function. When hitting the Share button, instead of being provided with footage of the previous 15 minutes of gameplay, the footage provided is a 15-minute chunk that actually had occurred a half-hour before, or an hour before, or sometimes even more.
