Monster Hunter Frontier GG (pronounced “double G”) is a major update and it is scheduled for release in spring 2014. The extra G stands for “genuine.”
One of the more pertinent updates to Monster Hunter Frontier G when it makes the transition to Monster Hunter GG is the introduction of an all-new weapon called the Senryuu Kon.

I'll probably still be sticking to the Charge Axe and SnS[if Charge Axe makes it into Frontier GG, let alone if the game makes it to the states at all], but this looks like a nice blunt-type alternative to the Dual Swords.

Coming to Wii U already announced. Also Monster hunter 4 U announced for 3ds and hopefully wii u soon.

Monster hunter is an amazing time sink, i still play mhfu on vita or nvidia shield, you can spend hours grinding a certain part or fighting a monster, learning how to defeat it.
Without monster hunter i would never of been tough enough for dark souls.
