The period that is going through the video game industry is not the best and this is due to many factors, some software companies have even been forced to close their doors, while others have been cut more or less shocking. It is not difficult to understand that these, covered with diminishing budgets, create products of lower quality or reused legends and celebrities in order to sell above expectations. Coexist in the same field as the Rockstar Games companies that invest more than 250 million in the development of a title, independent developers with ridiculous budgets succeed in creating viable products, and then there's Nintendo, which is a real exception in the field of gaming. This Super Mario 3D World, is not just a chapter of the famous saga produced by the Japanese, but it is a breath of fresh air for the brand, a new starting point for the development of subsequent chapters, but especially the first, true springboard for Wii U.
There’s still hope for Super Mario 3D World’s legacy in this modern era of Nintendo.
If they do make a sequel, they should incorporate Bowser’s Fury’s game design into the mix. Think Bowser’s Fury’s overworld where you can find warp points to linear levels like Mario 3D World.
The iconic red plumber have taken us everywhere, from another galaxy to New Donk City. Here are the best Super Mario games you can play right now.
I still say the series peaked with Galaxy. They've put out good stuff since then, but nothing really matched up.
It's time for Nintendo to give the Super Mario 3D World formula another chance with a new game built from the ground up for the Nintendo Switch.
Rather have a new Super Mario RPG.
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars is my favorite Mario. I'd event take a remaster/remake.
My favourite Mario’s are Mario 64 and SM World SNES. Neither Odyssey nor 3D World were great imo.
