If you came looking here for answers to the question “Should I buy Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition, if I already own the regular version?” The answer is “No.”
Don’t get me wrong, the original release of Injustice, did certainly breathe a new and fresh lease of life for the fighting genre; especially for DC; however, the same issues still abound – there are no fixes, no enhancements and nothing at all that will make you miss the original if you got the enhanced edition. No, I’m not discounting the fact that this comes with all DLC characters from the word go; but really; apart from that there’s very little to substantiate picking up the Ultimate Edition.
Xbox Store has begun its annual Spring Sale and includes more than 700 digital games, which is quite a significant number. Here is a list of 5 games that you shouldn't miss picking up while they are on sale.
Actually a great list.
Picked up Witcher 3, myself, in preparation for the coming update.
Even if you aren't into MMOs, ESO is a great standalone RPG on it's own. Probably the best, most in-depth RPG in the series since Morrowind, funnily enough.
The Metro series has always been fantastic, though I do recommend the DLC for Exodus sometime down the road.
Other than that I the only real great deals are on 360 games. Grabbed the original 2 Saints Row games and Beyond Good and Evil for under $10 together, and grabbed the Zombies Ate My Neighbors bundle for just uber $10.
Well worth it if you never played those classics.
NetherRealm’s creative director talks working on the MK and Injustice games, crossovers, and shares some advice with other game developers
Right now you can get two critically-acclaimed fighting games for just $5. Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition and Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition are bundled at Fanatical. The deal is only good for the next 16.5 hours.
Doesn't the PC version look better?
Hard to say...we were pretty hard pressed to see any significant difference.
So no graphical enhancements from PS3 to PS4 version?
very little mate - like piffyd said - at high res yes - but if you compare 1080p to 1080p then you'll find the PS4 on par.
Between PS3 and PS4 - there is; it does look sharper, but not sure if that's primarily attributed to the 1080p of the PS4 vs. 720p of the PS3. Sure, some textures look better and stuff, but you'll find the 60FPS at 1080p a big treat to play with :)
looks good
