Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 was the best imo. I got it out of a cereal box years ago and played countless hours building.

Was hoping game dev tycoon was in there, pc indie game. It's really good, only $10 and you'll play it for hours. If you haven't heard of it, this might jog your memory, it's the game that if you pirate it, you fail because of piracy :)

I honestly find Game Dev Tycoon to be.....incredibly lacking, for a game with 'Tycoon' in the name. It is also a huge rip off of Game Dev Story, which is probably the reason Tycoon wasn't in this list.

RCT2 is most definitely the BEST tycoon game ever. While RCT3 is the biggest let down to come from a tycoon game ever.

Ah, Rollercoaster Tycoon. I remember when I finally got a good working PC years ago and this was one of the first games I played. You could not stop me. :P Such a fantastic and timeless game. It needs to be released on PSN and Xbox Live!

I was actually addicted to RCT as a kid. One of the first games that had to me glued until the sun came up and then had me thinking, "Where did all the time go?". :D
