TeamXbox: Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm Hands-On
Gamers all know games based on movies are usually terrible, and ones based on TV shows even worse. But after getting some hands on time and a demo conducted by one of the stars of the show, Josh Harris of the Cornelia Marie – serious, he’s been helping in the development as have other members of the fleet like the lovably crusty captain of the Northwestern, Sig Hansen – TeamXbox gotta say, they are intrigued.
This is not your everyday budget title rushed out the door to capitalize on a popular property. Deadliest Catch: Alaskan Storm is actually a fairly deep simulation of the commercial crab fishing experience complete with cool minigames and support for multiplayer over Xbox Live. So what if you constantly get pwned in CoD4, can you catch more crab than your online rivals?
