GameSpy writes: "Although the Fight Night series has largely dominated boxing since its inception four years ago, UK-based Venom Games has been in the business of playable pugilism for even longer. As the developer behind both "Rocky" titles on PS2 and Xbox, the developer has an eye for what makes a fairly entertaining boxing game. It's taking that experience to new hardware in the upcoming Don King Presents: Prizefighter. We got a first look at the title earlier today, and although we got an earful of hype worthy of King himself, we've got to admit that a hands-off demo of a title that's slated for a June 10th release has us a little concerned. The dynamics of career mode could give this title a twist that eases our worries, though."
-Career Mode looks more fleshed-out than nearly any boxing game we've seen before
-No hands-on time at six weeks until release makes us nervous about the gameplay and mechanics
