"Even noting these great things, the constant alternation between annoyance and hilarity makes it hard to decide what to think about Goodbye Deponia. It’s like that one friend who talks too much and drinks all your beer; you get to where want to punch him, but then he lends you money and makes you laugh with his inappropriate jokes. Obnoxious and tiresome as he is, you can’t totally write him off because in a strange way, you get something good out of knowing him."
