indiePub has published its weekly look at new and notable crowd funding efforts by indie game developers.
This week’s Indie Pleas include: Obduction, a first-person adventure influenced by the works of Myst and Riven; Super Dwarf Madness, a twin-stick shooter and the successor to Dwarf Madness; Raindrop, a surreal survival game; and Scale, a first-person exploration game with some interesting resizing mechanics.
Humble Bundle has just released its new bundle that brings together eleven different adventure games. With every purchase of this bundle, you will be supporting the charity of your choice.
Starting today, Obduction and Offworld Trading Company are free at Epic Games Store. The free game offers run until July 22 at 11 AM Eastern. Once you claim them, they’re yours to keep.
Obduction is a fantastic experience if you like old school adventure experiences, just modernized.
It's from Cyan - the devs of Myst - and it shows.
If you have patience, and find an enjoyment in problem solving, you'll really enjoy it. If not, don't bother downloading it.
WTMG's Heidi Hawes: "We got the opportunity to interview Rand Miller, co-creator of Myst and gain some insight into creating one of the best-selling series of all time."
Obduction and Scale look great and i'll definitely be throwing in my support for those.
Also, not mentioned, but Reborn is a game i'll be supporting too. Can't help but want to be a part of these unique and original developments.
I agree, I think both look really great. I love the visuals on Scale!
