Perfect World Games, the mega-successful publisher of hits like Star Trek: Online and Torchlight II has announced that they are throwing their hat into the mobile ring with four announced games from four different developers.
The news was announced this morning by way of a press release that was picked up by The Wall Street Journal and then spread across the web, being picked up by multiple gaming sites. In the press release via WSJ.com Perfect World Games implied that the games will be free to play saying “Perfect World is willing to take a risk on studios [and] helping these studios grow their free-to-play expertise.”
Valve and Perfect World will launch a beta of the Steam China client later this month.
