Andres from Twinfinite writes: "We got the chance to talk to D3 Publisher about the new Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-bit Land, based off the popular Cartoon Network show. Following the success of the first Adventure Time game for the 3DS, we were pretty excited to get our hands on Regular Show‘s first outing onto the video game scene, complete with its own relatively long name. Edith Yang was nice enough to share some information about the general premise of the game and what features you can look forward to seeing in this title exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS."
Continue Play's David Ochart subjects himself to this dire game - based on the hit tv show - so you don't have to. 3/10.

Whatever the issues it faced during development, this easily amounts to one of WayForward’s worst efforts over the years. Set to disappoint fans and newcomers alike, 8-Bit Land shows glimmers of potential but fails to capitalise on it in any commendable way.
Cartoon Network's Regular Show is a cartoon that seemingly came out of nowhere to grow a following of an age-diverse viewers. As with seemingly anything that proves popular enough these days, a tie-in video game inspired by the show came out not too long ago called Regular Show: Mordecai and Rigby in 8-Bit Land. While this 3DS title boasts a good amount of fan service and shows an appreciation for retro gameplay, it fails to provide much more than a mildly entertaining experience.
