Jolt: Football Manager 2008 Review

It’s not wrong to expect better from such an esteemed studio, but it’s hard to track down just why such a fundamental part of play has been neglected. Regardless, what is certain is this: in its current state, Football Manager doesn’t function as it should on Xbox 360, and this release will do nothing to entice new fans to the franchise.

This is a game that needs reworking from the ground up to work appropriately on a console. Anything short of that simply doesn’t do justice to the comprehensive package that sits just beneath the surface.
