Command & Conquer Reboot Being Developed ‘as a live service’
Victory Games' Command & Conquer reboot is launching as a free-to-play game later this year. Tim Morten, development director, also says that Command & Conquer will require an internet connection.
When asked about those without online connectivity, Morten responded, in a way eerily reminiscent of Don Mattrick, that "…if people want to play offline, we have a bunch of other great Command & Conquer games that we still offer in the Ultimate Collection".
