The game was such a financial failure that the company that developed it went bankrupt as a result of the title. Nexus: Jupiter Incident was developed by a Hungarian company called Mithis Entertainment. At the time when the company was closed down by Square Enix in 2010, they did already have a working tech demo for Nexus 2. Sadly, with the closing down of Mithis, Nexus 2 has become a distant dream for Nexus fans like myself."
