Ghost Song: The newest Kickstarter game to deserve your money

Punching Beta: Live on Kickstarter as of August 5th, Ghost Song is a visually splendid, ludicrously atmospheric Metroidvania game with Dark Souls influence.The game’s controls are nearly identical to Metroid’s, and the same can be said for the level design — though it can be argued that Ghost Song’s brooding, ghostly planet rivals anything we’ve seen from Metroid. Its soundtrack is ominous and warbling, its environments pulsating with contempt for your existence, and from how it seems… this is going to be a blast to experience.
