Who’s the 5th character?

With the announcement of Ultra Street Fighter IV a month ago, people are going bananas online on trying to figure out who the fifth character is. We’ve heard a slew of selections of characters from the fans, however Capcom already laid down the rules of the fifth character;

1) The character will make its first fighting game debut.

2) He/She is related to Street Fighter

3) Its not Asura

So who can it be? Here’s my top ten picks on who I think may be the fifth character added to Ultra Street Fighter IV.
