Siliconera recently had a chance to speak with Capcom’s Andrew Szymanski, who’s supervising the new Strider game and is also the producer on Lost Planet 3.
As you may recall, the Lost Planet series has a separate spin-off game in Japan, called EX Troopers, and they asked Szymanski about the possibility of that game being brought over to the west, despite past statements to the contrary.

I have Liberation Maidne on my 3DS still. I figured it would of been ported over by now but it never came to be unfortunately.
Took the development team seven years to release their favourite game fully translated for gamers worldwide.
The PlayStation 4 took a bit to get settled in Japan, but now that it has, its predecessor is getting its chance to ride into the sunset. Of course, that's a really great time to import some of its games for cheap! Read on for Michibiku's guide to the best titles to grab for the platform.
no
Not this Megaman Legends-crap again..
And at the end of the day, Capcom will say: Wasn't enough interest.
It didn't sell very well in Japan so I don't see it happening. It's a shame. It's the first game I felt like I had to break my personal Capcom boycott for because I thought it looked like tons of fun and was so worth the money. Just import it if you want it, there's no issues at all if you're not a Japanese speaker since all the menus are pretty clear to get through. But from day 1 the multiplayer / co-op lobbies have been almost completely empty (I've never seen more than 7 people online at one time).
