Umiiverse: "So Dragon's Crown is getting a ton of good reviews now that it's only about a week away from release, but one reviewer in particular from Polyon.com gave the game a lower score because of what appears to be the game's portrayal of female characters. The reviewer is a woman herself, and already many of those in the comments of that review have expressed their disdain for how she could deduct points from the review score for her own subjective views on the game's art direction. I think, however, of this as an eye opener that some people may be okay with the gameplay of a game but completely turned off by the way it is represented. In other words, not everyone has to like a game for everything it is."
