Evangelion: 2.22 will air on Toonami at the end of August

After airing the first Evangelion movie earlier this year, Adult Swim has now revealed that they will soon air its follow-up, Evangelion: 2.22 You Can (Not) Advance. The film will premiere on the night of August 31, and the Toonami staff added that viewers can expect ”a special little goodie" along with it.
