So what we have decided to do here at Daily Joystick is to give you our recommendations for some awesome Playstation Network titles, new and old that you really shouldn’t pass up on. Each of these games is special to each of the team and we wholeheartedly recommend these games to you. not a bad list but remove #3,#5,#6 and #7 and add the walking dead, pixeljunk monsters, wipeout hd, and super stardust hd.

Q4B isn't a PSN game, it has a retail version

I know a crazy amount of people are going to disagree with me here, and keep in mind this is just my opinion, but I'm really not a fan of indie games in general. Don't get me wrong, there are a couple that I absolutely LOVED. Namely, Terraria, Super Meat Boy, and Dust: An Elysian Tale.

When articles talk about the greatest PSN games, or the best Vita games, I really don't want to hear about indie games - I can play those on any platform I choose. They aren't exclusive to the Vita, nor the PSN. I sort of expect to see games like Fat Princess, or Dungeon Defenders (I know this one isn't an exclusive either).

What I'd really like to see is some great new PSN exclusive games, or some ports of some really great PC exclusives, like Terraria and Dungeon Defenders. To be completely honest, I'd probably never buy an indie game on the PSN, since I can just wait for a $2 sale on steam if I really want it. Lately the only games I've been buying are the PS Classics.

This is the worse top ten list I've seen in... ever.
There's maybe 2 noteworthy games on there, the rest just average.

journey, shatter (if you haven't played Shatter you're missing out big time), dead nation, Super Stardust HD, Flower, pixel junk games, Dungeon Defenders, fat princess, Unfinished Swan, Payday the heist, Sound shapes.

what was this guy thinking? Seems more like a list of the only games HE played while there are much better choices available. I hate to disagree with someones opinion but this really made me scratch my head in confusion.

Only ONE game in that is list is a "must play". The rest I can live without.

Yeah, Journey is about it on this list, though pixeljunk games are always good stuff.

How is Flower not on here?

Puzzle Fighter II - Fun game, but an "HD" port of a fun game does not deserve must play status. Especially one that could have been a PS1 classic.
Zen Pinball - Digital pinball machines will never be a must play, since they can never match the experience of the real deal.
Street Fighter II - See Puzzle Fighter II.
PJ Shooter - Fun game, but loads are better.
Final FIght Double Impact - Dungeons and Dragons is better (and without the DRM) and even then we had the quirky Scott Pilgrim / awesome ending song to Double Dragon Neon.
NBA Jam - Great series back in the day, not so much today.
Daytona - See Puzzle Fighter II.
Pacman - Same game with a new coat of paint is a must play now? Don't get me wrong, it's fun, but hardly must play.
Retro City Rampage - Interesting, but nothing about the game really stood out to me.
Journey - I don't personally like it, but many people do, so at least 1 is "right".

^ The list for anyone who wants to avoid giving them a view.

Anyway, there are many better games on the PSN and while people might write it off as their opinion, don't forget that it doesn't mean they played a lot or even several PSN games. Some better games include... Spelunker HD, Blood Dragon, Guacamelee, Shank 1/2, Skullgirls, Castlevania Harmony of Despair, Deathspank, etc.
