Wow Nintendo, and the independent developers have literally created their own ecosystem, trying to promote each other and help each other grow as indies on Wii U. I applaud Nintendo for going so far as to bring all these people together and create almost families for developers. Many are collaborating together while others like here are assisting to start/branch out.

Agreed.
It's also an important thing, because right now indie developers are more reliable for third party support, for Nintendo, than many AAA studios like Bethesda and EA.
Indie games, and exclusives from smaller-but-still-well-known third parties like Platinum Games, are going to be the life blood of the Wii U's third party support in the future.
And with games like Bayonetta 2 and Shovel Knight hitting the system from them, I think I would be more than ok with that.

Meet CW-Games' first Franchise: Flavoured Cats for Wii U

Meet Sophie the Cat and her first debut in: Flavoured Cats!
Flavoured Cats is highly inspired by Super Mario 64 and Super Mario 3D Land, with a very cute touch.
But don't drool to much over it, a game as cute as this one, hides a pure evil story!

Flavoured Cats is a Nintendo Wii U exclusive title.

Well I was on the fence before but now I think I'll buy a Wii U for this game.

You know... I get sick of these shitty sarcastic comments being left on every other article here, but I've got to give it to you for making me laugh.

rextraordinaire4181d ago

Oh hum.

Trying to aim for both male and female fans of super mario? What?

If there's one franchise that always have and always will be geared toward anyone and their grandmother, it's Mario. I didn't know that there was a line between male and female mario fans.

Just.... What?

YamiHoshi4181d ago

To make sure people don't think it's a girly game, just because of its Theme.

rextraordinaire4181d ago

Oh. Cats? Everyone loves cats.

Neonridr4181d ago

pretty sure most grandmas would stick clear of Mario... platformers would not be their cup of tea IMO.

NovaEatsRainbowz4181d ago

At least it's new story for Nintendo games.
