This is the first review that JJ is doing for our new Kiddies Corner. Doodle Jump was released recently for Kinect on Xbox Live Arcade and JJ has had some experience with this game on iOS.
This Kinect translation of the extremely popular mobile app is a slick and functional one, with good motion controls and fresh gameplay.

Adam writes, "With difficult, long, and boring levels, Doodle Jump for Kinect is nothing but an awesome concept that has been executed poorly. If an infinite mode were to be added via an update, I would probably go back recommend the game."

It doesn’t pretend to be anything that it isn’t, but what it is is a great platformer that’s a whole lot of fun for the family and a great addition to any collection of party games."
