From GamesReviews:
"Akaneiro: Demon Hunters is a game by Spicy Horse, originally released as a web browser title and now available for early purchase as a downloadable on Steam. It’s still in development, with new features on the way over the next few months, so this probably isn’t the last time we’ll take a sojourn into historic Japan.
An action-RPG of sorts, Akaneiro’s beautiful art style covers limited, repetitive gameplay that may be fun in small doses on a tablet or in a browser, but which ultimately falls long short of greatness."
Gi - Spicy Horse is trying to make a splash in the Action RPG genre with their new Free to Play ARPG: Akaneiro: Demon Hunters. Spicy Horse is owned by American McGee (of American McGee’s Alice fame) and he’s back to retelling classic stories. This time he’s re-imagining “Little Red Riding Hood” in Akaneiro: Demon Hunters. Does American McGee’s twisted mind have enough to bring an original ARPG to the table, or is it just as generic as the dozens of other Diablo clones?
News for Tower of Guns, The Cave, Akaneiro: Demon Hunters, and Humble Bundle with Android 6.
re you a Linux user that backed Spicy Horse’s Akaneiro: Demon Hunters? Well then you’re in luck as Spicy Horse is looking for Linux users for their Linux beta testing for Akaneiro: Demon Hunters!
