Next-gen Console War over before it even starts?

Now that we have more information on both the Xbox One and Playstation 4 after the E3 conferences yesterday, is it time to announce a winner? There's no doubt that Sony crushed Microsoft by announcing a price point $100 cheaper, but they also announced zero restrictions on sharing games and authentication. Is this console war over before it starts?
