I don't think any look spectacular, but how the console looks is the last thing I care about. All I know is that Sony has done everything right with the PS4. I don't even know if I want an Xbox One, and I was one of the 360's biggest defenders at the start of last gen.

The only thing that can make me get an XBone at this point is if the next Halo and Gears both get 10's, and even then I'm not so sure. I'm thinking that the PS4 will be my ONE stop shop for gaming greatness this gen.

how the console looks is irrelevant all that matters is that it's reasonably sized (smaller slimmer than the XBone) and what it can do. in terms of hardware ps4 has better specs that is all you need to know from either boxes. outside of that there are the games, the online services and price. ps4 significantly cheaper and significantly more powerful. as for online service that has yet to be seen and games is subjective i prefer the variety on the ps4 as opposed to the constant shooters on the XBone sony also showed many indie titles as opposed to microsoft who spent an awful amount of time talking about it but only showed minecraft which is already available on 360. so sony get my vote on games too.

Sony has the best hardware engineers in the world, they can compress just about anything better than anybody else out there. Agreed. The Wii U is small, simplistic and sleek. The XBone looks decent but is the size of a family car. The PS4? If those angles were right-angles I might be ok with it but I'm struggling with that weird "wedge" design.

Sony fans whined non stop about media features and even when Sony states they're number one at media features you pretend it didn't happen. Yes, MS has problems with blocking games and that should change now that publishers are apparently no longer pushing it. It would be stupid for MS to try to force it on their own.

Strange that a bunch of people that go on and on because they believe Sony listens to them complain about a feature that makes the company listen to their wants. Even though the ads thing comes straight from your imagination. Indie support is a product of fanboys imaginations. I know you're dating a French model but not everything on the internet is true. MS got developer input on the 360 and suddenly all these clowns pop up proclaiming that genius because Sony did it. It's about time they did. Know why they did. Because the Cell stunk.

I can't argue price. Unlike you and many Sony fans I don't close my eyes, fold my arms and holler I'm not listening when I hear facts. I don't believe Kinect should be forced on people. I believe there are ways that it would become a compelling part of gaming, but they need to show that to be the case. So far I don't see that it is. I like things like Dragon shouts, but they need to expand on it. So MS needs get as much info out this week to make Kinect look like a need.

But overall I think frauds, like you, need to learn to be consistent with your arguments. And not base those arguments on rumors. I promise doing so will always leave you looking silly in the end. Go buy your media feature leading console and buy your online MP subscription(I'm sure that's a great idea Sony invented now). And develop the character to admit the truth. Or admit you're crazy and have a break from reality.

The PS4 looks like a Ferrari, sleek and angular compared to the Xbone's dump truck blocky shape. The Wii U? Well, it doesn't look like much at all (excepting the controller, but we're not talking about controllers). It's shape isn't exactly inspiring.

I dont see why there is all the hate here. I Liked both of them, they both have modern designs and will both feature their own exclusives. I don't think any one really should be arguing over a preference in console, because let's be honest, taking into account both of the systems pros and cons, they're about even. For some of you who saw the sony instructions promo trailer, u realise that there was no ps4 console shown. but the experience and all that social interaction was great. i personally liked the ps4 interface and the design is no longer my concern.
But well, i must say, at first glance i wasn't impressed by the design. the more i see it now, the more i get to like it. after all, it is the design i'll get to see when i buy the console.
