Deus Ex: The Fall will feature in-app purchases, it has been revealed.
Producer James Wright said players of the mobile and tablet title, which is expected to cost around £4.99 ($6.99), can access all of its content without spending any extra money on in-game credits.
"It's a premium game, but it's not flat," he told journalists at a preview event attended by Digital Spy.
"In terms of the content, you can play through this entire game and see all the content, unlock all the augmentations, get all the weapons, see all the story outcome without putting another penny into the game."
To see all the content, players can replay the game and carry over their augmentations, items and credits into a harder New Game Plus mode.
"We estimate at the moment - because we're still balancing the game a little - that it's about three playthroughs to see all of the content," said Wright.
"If the player wants to accelerate their game experience [they can], but for most, once you've paid the initial fee, if you don't want to put another penny in you don't have to."
AlienLionL "How's about we look back at the year 2014 in gaming? Everyone else is doing it. Now, I haven't played every game to come out last year so I can't tell you what truly the best game of the year was (what does that even mean with games, as different as they all are?) but I can look at the industry as a whole and gauge the waves which some games generated. Basically, here is a bunch of random "of the year" junk you might enjoy reading"
The Top 10 WORST Games of 2014 according to Angry Joe
Great list Joe, seems like a win for the new consoles. Only Amazing Spiderman 2, which I agree is really Bad, but I still enjoyed my time with it.
Honest list. Happy he didn't go all stupid and pick AAA games just because they were "disappointing" to him. This list is truly full of suck haha.
not sure if it was a collaboration or something, but using other peoples videos in your top 10 is just lazy.
i dont watch his live streams or anything like that so im not sure what he has been upto, but he has been lacking in 2014 reviews.
did he even play all those games in that top 10?
Deus Ex: The Fall, the latest mobile entry of the Deus Ex series now available on the App Store, can now be purchased for a reduced price.
it is still stupid that this is a IOS but nothing more is expected from idiots at $quare enix
I bet they will bring it as a downloadable title before the new Deus Ex comes out.
