When I first heard that Stainless Games were porting Carmageddon for mobile devices, my heart leapt. It had been at least 5 years since I had even thought about the game and even longer since I had played it. Carmageddon played a big part of my introduction to gaming and I was overjoyed at the prospect of playing the gory driving game again.
THQ Nordic today announced that the acquisition of the intellectual property “Carmageddon” has been finalized with Stainless Games, based in Newport, Isle of Wight, United Kingdom.
Mmmm in my opinion THQ Nordic it's expanding too much too quick, you gotta be careful especially if your games turns out not exceptionally well like Darksiders 3. You gotta make money to survive after all.
I'm quite interested to see where they take this. I loved the original games and although wasn't impressed with the last one released they could do a heck of a lot with this IP.

Not just the N64, but that entire era houses mistakes; every generation does. The 5th Gen is the benchmark of what we primarily game on, and like an old yearbook we tend to look back to shake our head at our mistakes, choices, or revel in it.
