This is the preview build. The same one IGN got.

Why would he ''leak'' parts we have already seen? These scenes are exacly what IGN showed us. If this was the full game, Show us the menu, the multiplayer, the first 5 minutes etc.

I watched it. I promise you there aren't any spoilers. It's very similar to the E3 demo from last year . Nothing much new just more of what has been seen already.

Also, it looks like someome from ND or Sony was playing. The player whizzed through the menus like they knew what they were doing and they weren't "smelling the roses" like an average gamer does. The gameplay was very deliberate. It was totally meant for preview purposes. So no spoilage

But i'm doing what i did with all the uncharted games... i'm not gonna watch or read anything thats related to TLOU...

I want to experience my day 1 purchase with as little knowledge as possible !

This is the preview-build like someone said before. Those videos aren't even his. He most likely grabbed them from a channel called "zisforzombiez" since he uploaded them first.

You're right its the demo here's the YouTube zisforzombiez vids. If you run kraideral's clips and zisforzombiez side by side you can see they are the same.

Yes, you can turn that off, amongst other things. It's in the options.

I ask myself the same question every time I finish watching one. I make myself feel better by reminding myself that I've only seen an accumulated time of one and a half hours of gameplay from a 12 hour game. Lots more to see yet!

wow the detail in this game is crazy! I'm going nuts over ellie's animation, the way she just stays under joel's arm when he's taking cover and how he pushes he out of the way when he's moving in her direction.

I thought elizabeth from bioshock was pretty cool, ellie is looking to be a way better AI companion.

elizabeth uses teleporting to not get in the way, so she ends up never being a burden, ellie might get in your way sometimes but ND is not using "cheap tactics". Ellie also feels more real.

Actually I can play this game on my ps3 you fool, doesn't change the fact that this game looks very awkward during combat and frankly, quite disappointing.

ok guys, so are u going to play with the listen mode turned on or of? what starting difficulty?
ill start with hard, listen mode turned on for the first level just to get the hang of it. then turn it off at later levels.

Normal, No listen mode. I kind of hate it.. I love getting a basebal bat from the flank out of nowhere and be suprised. Adds much more tension to the game imo

if you play with a good sound system you shouldn't be flanked by surprise.

I think the listen mode is there for people that don't own a good sound system.

I'd play on the hardest difficulty, but knowing ND, I'd have to unlock it first, so I'm going with hard mode and with LM and all on-screen prompts turned off.

I want to make it as immersive as I can.

@grailly: The devs put LM into it to pander to the Angry Bird and dudebro crowd because those people can't actually play videogames, so they need their hand held throughout the game.
