Super PolyPixel – Anodyne. As an adjective it means “not likely to provoke dissent or offense.” As a noun, it’s a pain killing drug or medicine. A synonym? Sedative.
Fitting, really. Anodyne is the creation of a two-man team: Sean Hogan and Jonathan Kittakas. It’s their 16-bit dream world in which you play as Young, a silent human destined to save the world. In order to do so, Young must explore fantastical worlds and battle enemies, sweeping them off the map quite literally.
