To mark the 30th anniversary of strategy game Nobunaga's Ambition, Koei Tecmo is releasing a very unusual, limited edition bundle, 4Gamer reports.
The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu reveals Nobunaga’s Ambition: Taishi, the latest entry in the history simulation game series Nobunaga’s Ambition for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC.
The Nobunaga’s Ambition series is coming to Switch. During a live stream on Niconico, Koei Tecmo’s Kou Shibusawa announced the news.
Incoming Japanese support for the Switch. Dragon Quest XI and this already.
With the full reveal in Tokyo in January the Switch is on the road to revitalize gaming in Japan.

Sounds like it could be an RPG, RTS, or Dynasty Warriors-ish hack&slasher...
It's a Real Time Strategy.
Pokemon had a crossover with it on DS. Pokemon Conquest.
I play it on Playstation 4 and it's a great RTS but I feel that the story telling feels a bit flat sometimes due to it's presentation. The soundtrack is a must hear even if you change your mind from purchasing the game itself.
It's a pretty old series. It had entries released for NES and SNES and DS, even.
Things like this could help Switch big time in Japan.
Such an underrated series. Maybe Switch owners will appreciate it more than PS4 owners do.
oh this is nice i like the series on steam so if i buy a switch later on after it's released maybe i will get this and zelda let's see what ND adds next
I figured the Japanese support would be strong as a lot of it is carry over as a hand held device. Western is questionable aside from small studios like VD-dev,Next Level and Shin'en as those guys will be on board no matter what.

Most of us have fond memories of that one game that started us on a path to loving a particular genre of game or recalling a specific gaming console very fondly. For many people I grew up with, Super Mario Bros. came to define both the NES and platforming. Mike Tyson's Punch Out or Tecmo Bowl represented sports fans very well. Considering RPG, Strategy and Sports games probably rank as my top three genres in any give order, I often find myself looking back fondly on those games as I recall what hooked me in the first place. A sense of progression, an appreciation for grinding and feeling like I have some tangible control over a storyline are all traits I enjoy today in my games. Now many games have crossed up features enough that the genre lines have become blurred. SRPG for those who like a combination of strategy and roleplaying, and even in modern sports games you have progression and career modes that focus on experience earned and stories.
