Back in the 90s when Street Fighter totally dominated the arcade fighter scene, Capcom were looking for a way to step away from the all-too-common martial arts setting and provide their audience with something a little different. Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors was their answer, bringing together an outlandish cast of vampires, Egyptian mummies, rock ‘n roll zombies and, of course, that famous crazy cat lady named Felicia.
Currently, fans are desperate for news of a fourth Darkstalkers game that may never actually come, but thanks to port-specialists Iron Galaxy, the second and third iterations have made their way to XBLA and PSN in one delightful little bundle.
Darkstalkers Resurrection should serve to sate their needs a little while longer.
While Capcom hasn’t given much love to the Darkstalkers fighting game series in the past several years, Japanese figure manufacturers haven’t forgotten.
I wish Capcom would take a chance and bring out a new Darkstalkers game.
Maybe this is a way to see if people want more from this franchise and hopefully after this comes out, Capcom will bring a new game out.
Greysun writes: "Capcom recently stated that they plan on utilizing some of their dormant franchises. Here are five of them that we would love to see make a comeback."
Maximo
Beatdown Fists of Vengeance
GODHAND
Okami
Viewtiful Joe
Onimusha
Bionic Commando (but without the weird character redesign)
Final Fight
Clock Tower

Until Dawn, nice. Too bad I already own it, but a must play for others. I guess I will pick up Game of Thrones.
Great month and i'm glad to see Until Dawn since Asia got it a few months back.
