Granny Smith: Golden and Delicious
It’s Granny Smith’s quest to retrieve the apples stolen by a roller skate clad youth. She dons her own set of wheels and takes after the boy, walking stick in hand. She’s no slouch when it comes to traversing the levels, gamely flipping through the air and sliding down cables, dangling from her hook-like cane. The key to making sure the old dear makes it in one piece to the finish line is to perfect her landing. With only the ability to jump and spin forwards, the bulk of the game has you trying to line up her skate wheels with the rapidly approaching ground. Success sees Granny seamlessly glide over obstacles without losing momentum, failure leads to some truly wince inducing bails.
