Gust today opened a teaser website for its PlayStation 3 RPG, Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemist of Dusk Sky, along with a teaser trailer. Watch it below.
The continuing strength of the Atelier series in Europe is nothing short of complimentary to Tecmo Koei Europe’s efforts to support their community, and so in keeping that momentum going the publisher has revealed the official box art design for Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk. Coming exclusively to PlayStation 3, Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk is the first title to be developed by Gust since the studios was acquired by Koei Tecmo Games.
Siliconera got in touch with Tecmo Koei to ask about Atelier Ayesha’s lack of dual audio, and learnt that the publisher is regretful that the issue exists.
I hope so, their English dubs are always good but I often prefer playing JRPG's (especially Atelier games) in their original dub.
Siliconera - While Tecmo Koei may be the U.S. publisher for Atelier Ayesha, NIS America still hold the rights to the previous Atelier games that they’ve already released.
Does anyone know if these games are rare? They're niche games, and I saw one for the PS3 for $19.99. Should I get it before they're out of print??
I had forgotten that Gust is now owned by TK. I guess this may complicate the localization of Totori and Meruru Plus for the Vita since NISA owns the publishing rights. Hopefully I'm wrong since I want to see the additional content they added on the ported games.
