Rockstar Games community site?

It has come to RockstarUncut’s attention that Rockstar has two new very interesting job positions available, "Online Community Associate" and "Online Marketing Associate". Could this mean Rockstar will be opening a community-based site with the possibility of a forum such as game developer Bungie have?
