"Let’s face it: we’ve all been there.
We’re all drawn so deeply into games that we form all sorts of different connections with the characters we watch and control. That attraction can be so deep that, in our young minds we wished these fantastic characters were real so we could get to know them better.
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we thought we’d make this week’s Pixelitis Picks in line with the spirit of that widely-celebrated “Hallmark” holiday. Yep, a selection of videogame character crushes. We were kids!"

There are plenty of games that were released on the PS1 that deserved some kind of sequel or follow-up, yet never received another game.
The List there is not bad..but my top ten PS1 sequels would be:
Battle Arena Toshinden 5
New Parodius
New Bust A Groove
New Kensai: Sacred Fist
Bushido Blade 3
Xenogears 2
Biofreaks 2
Jumping Flash 4
Cardinal Syn 2
Tobal No. 3
There was actually at attempt at a new Hogs of War kickstarter last year, but it did really poorly and failed to make it's goal.
Actually there were a bunch of monopoly like board games on PS1 that i really enjoyed, like momotaro dentsetsu, dragon money etc.
wish someone would make more of these games
In this revealing interview, you'll have the chance to meet Richard Divizio, the original actor behind some of the iconic characters from Mortal Kombat…
Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition owes its existence to the fact that the devs at Square Enix were afraid that the original version of the classic Japanese RPG was about to become "unplayable."
I don't know why they were worried. Emulation has ensured the game (and every other PS1 game for that matter) will live on forever. Maybe they're so out of touch they aren't even aware emulators are a thing.
So many games are way more "unplayable" than Chrono Cross, which at least had a rerelease as a PS1 Classic on PS3.
Why wasn’t Chrono Trigger included in this?
This should’ve been a celebration of the entire Chrono series
