GamerFitNation: CES 2013 is not all about the latest in high tech gadgets or new health technology. It is also about some of the hottest and latest games coming out. There was one Square Enix title that was on hand and no, it wasn’t Final Fantasy XIII Lighting Returns or Versus. It was a game that many gamers remember from the PlayStation one generation and that is Tomb Raider. At CES 2013 Blackbible and myself got a chance to play a couple multiplayer matches against the developers. This was just announced to the public so we didn’t have time to prepare. You might have thought that we lost, but we showed the developers a thing or two that might want them to take a controller back to the studio after the butt whooping we gave them.

This is an opinion piece that has zero bearing on production of the hypothetical 12th installment of Tomb Raider.
The animated Netflix series is a sequel to Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Also, Netflix distributed this show, the company uses external production companies for most of its content. The show doesn’t provide a template for Crystal Dynamics [who was credited in production of the show], the Lara in the show is the one from the 2013 reboot series, and wasn’t reimagined for the show.

I know what you mean, but I wouldn't be opposed to seeing her play a slightly more mature version of the character. She's only 42 so still fine for all the action scenes.
The series is an abomination, and if she had anything about her, having read the script..... she should of declined.

Okay I didn't know that but what about the rest I said?....Lara was one of the strongest most badass protagonist in gaming and now she just cries half of the show. If that's a version of Lara that you want, more power to you, it's not for me.
