IGN:Crashmo is a more than fitting follow-up to last year’s breakout eshop hit, Pushmo. The puzzles are clever and addictive, and the new sliding mechanic, new gadgets and updated camera controls do a bang-up job of making this experience feel fresh and distinct. This game is a must download for any 3DS owner, especially fans of the puzzle genre.
Special price promotions for Pushmo and Crashmo on Nintendo 3DS.
But...but.. Nintendo doesn't make new IP's unless they're AAA blockbuster multimillion dollar games
Best news today! The 3DS Pushmo/Crashmo had high quality, uniquely cute atmosphere and the gameplay was excellent and addictive. It'll be also released rather soon on Wii U (in 3 weeks), Nintendo is very good at keeping games secret until close to launch and I love it! now bring more surprises in the Digital Event at e3!!
"Since then, the eShop has slowly climbed its way out of that gutter, and within two years it’s become home to a wide range of titles. And while you can download full retail games, what makes any digital store great are the ones that you can’t get anywhere else." - Joe Garcia
Andrew N from Negative World says: "I’m sure that you have had the experience of anticipating a sequel to a game that, on paper, looks like it will completely change the formula in major ways, only to get your hands on the final product and realize that it is, essentially, the same ol’ game with a new coat of paint. Crashmo (developed by Nintendo’s own Intelligent Systems) is the exact opposite of this. Crashmo’s changes to the formula established by its predecessor Pushmo sound modest enough in theory, and visually it looks very similar to Pushmo as well, so you could not be blamed for thinking that it is a fairly straightforward sequel. The reality, however, is that those seemingly minor changes lead to a fundamentally different puzzle game which requires you to throw out much of what Pushmo taught you and approach things from a completely new viewpoint."
