It seems as if Raven's Cry has only seen the light of day as TopWare urgently needs money. The company has filed for bankruptcy back in September 2014 already and a new file from January 22 says that Topware may be in "Massenunzulänglicke it" (can't pay any bills any longer) soon.
Raven’s Cry will now launch for PC, Mac, Linux, and SteamOS on November 27. Retail and console versions release in early 2015.
Topware Interactive finally announced Raven's Cry release date: you will be able to sail the seas and collect some booty on 7 May 2014.
