Another Sad Day For Silicone Knights – BagoGames

Earlier this year developer Silicon Knights was hit with a heavy legal loss, when in May, Epic Games received $4.45M in damages and was found victorious in its case against Silicon Knights.

Silicon Knights claimed that the Developer had been ”sabotaging efforts by Silicon Knights and others to develop their own video games”. These claims came when Silicon Knights released their action-RPG “Too Human” to poor critical reception, and stated that the Unreal Engine 3 was the cause of several mishaps during the development cycle.
