Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain is a top-down action/adventure video game developed by Silicon Knights and published by Crystal Dynamics. The game was first released in November 1996 for the PlayStation, and eventually ported to Microsoft Windows in August 1997.
The game is focused on the brutal but charismatic protagonist Kain, and forms part of a saga - the Legacy of Kain series - with redemption as a central theme.
Saber's CEO says he could have fixed Crystal Dynamics' costs in development, and has some harsh words for Volition and the Saints Row reboot.

Amazing game and was kinda unique in its time. Only down side was the atrocious load times.

So unfortunate. I'd subscribe to premium in a heartbeat if I could play Resistance: FoM for real on there. But game streaming is and always will be trash.
I wish the Portal would do PS+ Streaming. I really want to play these handheld on it. :\
I wish they would release them properly. But have been playing Ratchet and Clank games om streaming and it works pretty well these days, where I live atleast, so will probably give them a shot regardless.
Until they remaster PS3 games properly for play on the 4/5... I keep my 3 hooked up for just these situations.
