Tryst is a futuristic real-time strategy game developed by BlueGiant Interactive and available for $24.99 on Steam for PC. It tries to innovate the genre in several ways such as changing the way resources, upgrades, and combat are handled. In some ways, it succeeds. In others, it fails miserably.
Tryst is a Real-Time Strategy (RTS) game developed by BlueGiant Interactive, an independent studio based in Hydrabad, India. It has a Sci-fi theme and is, in many ways, similar to that of Blizzard's Starcraft franchise. With a fleshed out story, a campaign and a core multiplayer mode this game wants to offer the world. What at first looks to be a rather standard formulaic RTS with specific aesthetics similar to the Starcraft Series, Tryst’s trump card comes in the form of resource management and customizable units, making for very varied combat and tactics. But is it any good?
