As a result, the hype-monster has grown from an unfriendly troll who lives under a bridge and occasionally tries to snatch up children into a giant Godzilla-style beast who can flatten entire city blocks with a single flick of its tail. Video games seem to generate more of this than any other type of entertainment, as hardcore fans will analyze every minute detail of screenshots and videos, coming up with their own conclusions which can be shared, instantly, with the rest of the world….
