Dogfight 1942 Review | Tech-Gaming

With console combat games such as IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey, Heroes Over Europe, and the Blazing Angels series contending for bargain bin space, City Interactive’s digital publishing and fifteen dollar price appears provoked by competition yet promoted as generosity.

So it's better than Damage Inc. Can it use the same stick?

RaptorMan4240d ago

Sound cool and all, but do console players really want flight sims? I mean PCs would run something like this and it could like 4X-8X better.

Some people don't have super rigs and just want to play something from their couch.

I didn't see a demo on the US XBLA. It's available?

But, but... where's the Christmas spirit???

Still delighted with the free 20 MS points I got for my loyalty last month by the way :)

TrendyGamers4153d ago

Don't go spending that all in one place!

BanBrother4153d ago

Haha I haven't got that 20ms points yet.

"But, but... where's the Christmas spirit???"

They are having a 12 days of Christmas sale, from the 18-30th. Last years was actually really good, so hopefully this year is the same. The 'deals' this year have been terrible. The worst I have seen is the '33% off gamer-tag change'. THAT was a whole weeks deal. Wow.

Why don't they just put the prices? I don't understand those Microsoft points. How much is what?

Dogfight 1942 Review | Xboxer360

Richard Berry: "It’s great to see support for local co-op but with the omission of online co-op I feel City Interactive have missed a trick here, especially as Damage Inc. is a lot of fun when played online. Heavy reliance on ace mode can make the game far too easy but take down your foes using your own aerial skills and Dogfight 1942 will certainly give you a challenge."
