Console Domination writes: We here at Console Domination were recently granted a chance to go hands on with one of Vigil Games/THQ's most anticipated titles; Darksiders 2. At a rather unorthodox media event no less. After a rather interesting morning spent practicing parkour, stage fighting and throwing fireballs, presumably to give us a taste of what we'll be doing in game, we were then allowed to go hands on with the game.
Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition, despite being another re-release, shows that Darksiders II is an incredible game that deserves more attention.
Because the PS4 has slow loading times I do prefer PS5 versions of games. The PS5 does load PS4 games faster but with a native PS5 version it loads much faster and it looks a bit better and better draw distance and such. So for me , I do want these 3rd releases for certain games and this is one of them. It’s one of my favorite PS3 games. Nobody is forced to buy it. It is not hurting anyone and it gives devs more money to make future games. These re-releases aren’t selling millions but it’s nice for people like me or people who never played the game.

The release date has been revealed for The Art of Darksiders II Hardcover Edition.
I am actually quite excited about this game. It's RPG aspects have drawn me in. It's bigger than the first by 4x. I love the ng+ aspect with new loot and the fact that u can trade with other gamers. It will fill my eventual void from dragons dogma. The combat looks great. I wasn't sold on this game but now it's moved up on my list in a year of big games.
